Reset All Points

Are you sure you want to reset all points to 0 and clear all appointments? This cannot be undone.

Clear All Appointments

Are you sure you want to delete all appointments? This will clear the appointments chart and the registered-only chart. This action cannot be undone.

Clear Registered Only

Are you sure you want to clear all registered-only entries? This will remove everyone from the registered-only chart. Appointments and points will not be changed.

Clear Members & IDs

This deletes every customer sign-up — name, email, phone and their member registration dates — and signs out everyone currently signed in. Customers will have to create an account again to book online.

It also clears the permanent member IDs wherever they are written down: on past appointments, cleared closet consultations and sent reminders, which are deleted outright along with any photos that came with them. An appointment still to come is kept — the shop has to honour it — but it loses its member ID too.

Your Western GQ admin login is not affected. Unlike the calendar clears, these records are permanently deleted, not archived, and cannot be brought back.

Clear Barber Appointments

This clears every barber appointment on the calendar, for every visitor, on every device. Closet consultations and member points are not touched.

The appointments are marked cancelled rather than erased, so they can be brought back if this was a mistake — but the calendar will read empty and those time slots become bookable again.

Clear Closet Consultations

This clears every Western GQ Closet consultation, for every visitor, on every device. Barber appointments and member points are not touched.

The consultations are marked cleared rather than erased, so they can be brought back if this was a mistake — but the closet calendar will read empty.

Send Notification

This will send both Email and SMS to selected guests.
